The snow in the foreground and on the flowers looks very good. I like how well the ice on the flowers shows and the colors of the flowers are bright and attractive. The title is funny too!

Oh those poor little guys Mike...definitely a very appropriate entrant for this contest.

I am always amazed at how spotlessly clean your windows must be! This is a crystal clear shot w/ wonderful focus and good color. Spot on exposure as well.

Hope they survived and wish you the best w/ this one in the contest.

Deborah

Nice readable storytelling with your gorgeous winter scene. A perfect title for these daffodils because they are extremely hardy and tough flowers. A good perspective appears to be a new fallen snow covering those bright yellow flowers. A good perspective and a good entry into the Winter Photo Contest and good luck. Thanks for sharing!

Haha! Yes indeed. Great shot of these hardy flowers standing firmly in the snow. Makes me feel cold just to look at them. Very good lighting and focus. Great composition. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

Mike,
A beautiful picture of these "Tete a tete" sweet smelling minature Daffodils under a thin blanket of melting snow. A beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Love the title and am a big fan of Tina Turner. I need to see her before she stops performing. Your photograph is so beautiful. The ice on them tells a story and is interesting to look at. The flowers are framed in a beautiful composition and have. lots of detail. Overall, very nice impact and I hope they do survive.

The clarity in this photograph is amazing. Loved seeing the closeups of the ice. By the way there is an impish face in the upper left. Either that or a skeleton. Was that the humorous part of this? Your notes did not say why this is a good entry for the humorous contest. I think it is because of what I found. May just want to explain in the artist notes. Nice composition and framing. Good clarity. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image
