I may have seen this before. I thought it was entered into the pet photo contest initially. Any I may have already reviewed this, but, here goes. Nice rendition of a St. Bernard. He looks a little distressed in his eyes, but it's a really fine portrait of a handsome dog. I can almost feel that wiry (wet?) fur. The colors are beautiful. A Bernese Mountain dog perhaps?

I think this is a lovely drawing, and it looks like you have captured the personality of this dog so well. I especially like the fine textures you have brought out in the fur, and the fine shine in the dog's eyes.
This is also done paying very good attention to details and with a good use of high lights. The neutral background is of course perfect.
The format and framing works well and the dog is well placed on the paper. I do however see a signature in the bottom right corner, and since this is a so called "blind" contest, this is not permitted. You should remove it and replace the entry. Just thought I should let you know, because this is a truly lovely and well done drawing. I wish you luck with the contest.
