What an amazing reflection. I also especially like the sharpness and the colors of the trees and their reflections. The curves in the landscape and the extended view are great.

Well I can't say enough about how gorgeous this scene is.
This is truly a photo that takes my breath away. The colors are so vibrant and perfectly focused. The reflection is the most outstanding one I have seen on this site within a landscape. Well I can't say enough about how gorgeous this scene is.
This is truly a photo that takes my breath away. The colors are so vibrant and perfectly focused. The reflection is the most outstanding one I have seen on this site within a landscape. A very beautiful picture of Pippin Lake framed on one side by Pines & deciduous trees in their autumnal coloured foliage, these, the blue sky & high flying fluffy white clouds are reflected on the mirror still waters of the lake. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & razor sharp focus.

Your Alaska photographs are a tour de force. This one is especially beautiful. The multicolored forest on the left is so compositionally correct as it introduces a different element of interest supporting the vast reflection of that beautiful cloud filled sky. Thanks for sharing. Reasons for my five star vote.

My tour of Alaska continues thanks to you. Pretty lake and mountain. I see that white cloud in the reflection but not in the sky. Because in the sky it is beyond the frame. That is artistic. Nice composition and framing. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

Very pretty view Pat.
Love the glass like water and reflections the gorgeous colors of the trees and the large white clouds in the sky. Focus is sharp and white balance is handled well enough with some minor brightness in the whites upper right.

Beautiful shot and again with excellent composition. I think composition is definitely your strong suit. Horizon line falls right on the rule of thirds. The reflection is beautiful. My only quib is the contrast may be a touch high with the back trees going almost pure black and some blown out areas in the sky. Other than those adjustments, I wouldn't change a thing.
