Love the blue background which sets off Simba's eyes nicely.
Your notes made me think of the scene From Lady and the Tramp with the Siamese cats making a mess and poor Lady gets the blame.
Fine textures/fur details with Perfect coloring on the cat.

Interesting animal portrait. It definitely captures the independence of a cat and the unpredictability of a Siamese cate. The varied dark and light blues of the background really enhances the blue color of the eyes. The face and head also appear to have a nice proportionate feel to it. I just don't think I would attempt to pet this cat. Reasons for my five star vote.
