Excellent close-up of this beautiful Hydrangea with its pinky lavender coloured petals. I like the angle you used for this and the way you filled the frame, including the leaves. Very good lighting and focus showing excellent clarity. Lovely composition. Suzanne

Hi. There is sharpness on this one. Would have been a good entry for the flower photo contest. I am glad you did not mute the leaves. It was nice seeing them. Good composition. I like all of the new buds. Well framed. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

A very lovely capture of this pretty hydrangea,
I like the different shades in the petals which are well focused and clear, the inclusion of the dark green foliage is working well and makes the
Colour in the flower really pop.
Nice right framing to draw the eye to the centre of attention. Saturated but natural colour makes this a wonderful image.
Lovely to view.

Meg, I like the closeness of these blooms and the clarity of this post. Leaving leaves in the background gives a realism to the whole shot. Also the contrast is strong and good. The portrait orientation also works to hold our eyes.
This would be a challenge to try to do with gray zones and turning it into b/w.
An artistic post, something that you are good at.

Ah, a nice one here. I like the contrast of the purple and green. The flowers look moist which gives them a very nice sheen. Nice focus and details. Well done ~ Steve
