Hi Deborah thanks so much for sharing your prized flower in black and white in honour of the children whose lives were sadly taken in the school shooting. Your notes are truly appreciated and very meaningful. Your beautiful flower washed of colour reflects your sadness and that of all of us. I cannot even begin to imagine how this terrible and horrifying display of evil has effected the children and families left heartbroken. Though I would dearly love to compliment your flower in black and white, your beautiful gesture I feel is not about the flower, so I shall save that for another time. You are just a treasure Melyuki. Thank you for understanding exactly what I was trying to convey w/ this piece and you were perfectly correct about it not really being about the flower this time. That's why I didn't include notes re: type...variety etc of flower. Thank you so much for checking this one out and for another wonderful review. I do really appreciate it and have gotten so I look for you at the end of a review now. Nice job for a 'newbie' lol

Yes, it is sad. Besides trump, Paul Ryan and John McCain lead the pack as the two lawmakers who received the most in campaign contributions from the NRA. That is why Paul Ryan never brings forth any legislation that may at least ban semi automatic assault weapons. Nice sad composition. Well framed. Thank you for sharing. 12 school shootings so far but I wonder how many shootings all total including Las Vegas massacre (was that this year?).

Yes Olga....Las Vegas was this year too and that is part of the horror of it all.....that we can no longer even keep them straight they have become so commonplace. Such a sad sad commentary on this country where I live. This was the only way I could put the awfulness of it into some sort of perspective and I do really appreciate you reviewing it. Really...thank you so much.

You know BB, here we are in Mexico where the children can play till well after dark, everyone is very family oriented and always seem to be smiling. And then I read on Yahoo about the shootings and I wonder what is going on in the U.S.? The social fabric is unraveling. I wonder where it will all end. A great representation of the lack of "Color and Life" we are experiencing. I fear it will all end like so many of the Great Cultures in history. They collapse from within. That old expression BB about 'one rotten apple' spoiling it for all the rest of us. So sad to think that in 1000 years people could be reading 'The Rise and Fall....of US' We have GOT to figure out how to stop this madness. Thank you so much for your thoughts. I'd hoped this would spark a little discussion and it has. Appreciate you adding your ideas.

I know the theater you mean Swimmer....can't think of it's name at the moment though. I really appreciate the thorough review you've given this one.....AND the excellent rating. Thank you so much.
