Stunning image, Pat. The reflection in the water is perfection. I love the colors in the sky and, therefore, in the reflection. Beautiful clouds. The sky is so blue I might think to question your white balance. But...the clouds are spot on so I know that the sky REALLY is that blue. Wow. Your composition really creates an image that is a joy to view. Thanks for sharing.

I'm really a fan of landscapes with reflections so I really like this photo. Amazing clarity with clouds perfectly reflecting in the water. Classic landscape composition, with beautiful colors and contrast. Well done.

So very beautiful! Your image is so sharp and crisp, so very pristine looking! The lake is a perfect mirror to reflect this gorgeous landscape and vivid blue sky with those fluffy clouds.Beautifully focused with an excellent depth of field.A lovely image of tranquility- thank you!

This shot should be on the cover of 'Alaska Highways' or its equivalent, it is that good.
The color range of this piece is heavy on the blue side of the Kelvin Scale <4900 but not over saturated at all.
The technical quality of this take is ample proof that you know how to get the best out of your camera.
The reflection is near perfect.
Creative framing makes a pleasant and eye catching view of a part of Alaska most people will never see in person.
You have an extraordinarily keen eye for landscape composition. I have reviewed and viewed a lot of your post, my conclusion is that each subsequent post I see seems better than the previous one ... B-)) Bob

Cool,Pat!
That's a far more impressive body of water than the darkly overgrown pond that's named 'Summit Lake' a few miles southeast of where I live,my friend! : )
And your photo of this stretch of it and the surrounding mountains looks classically pretty!

OMG! Nice picture. Have you tried painting it? It's a very nice picture. lol my first thought when I saw it was just that, "Wow that would be cool to paint!" For some reason after I started my art class that usually my first thought when I see something as beautiful as that. I like it. :D

Wow that is gorgeous! The reflection on the water brings your eyes to travel up to the subject. And those beautiful fluffy clouds make a great backdrop for the charcoal mountains. Very nice Depth of field. It goes on forever! Breathtaking!

Wow! You have the most amazing shots. That blue sky is stunning and double the pleasure with the reflections in the water. Are you on land or in a boat? Love the point of view and the stillness of the water.
