Grace, he is gorgeous!

that pink eye tells us he truly is an albino and not a morph like so many other animals we see.

Your held white are quite impressive here.

Your sparkly snow gives this such a good dimention.

well done!

Yes that is a great shot of a albino squirrel, has the nice pink eye contact, very good details and textures in the fur, a pleasure to look at, thank you for sharing, I seen one when cutting through a cemetery one time, made my think twice, dale

Absolutely a real cool photo Grace, I have never seen a white squirrel before. I have seen the black ones as they are present where I work but never an albino one. I love its beautiful white tail, it blends in so beautifully with the snow.
A rare a beautiful capture,
Well done.

What a great capture, your albino pops against that dark background. I have seen black squirrels before, but never an albino,I envy you!Your focus is excellent,we can see all the detail and texture in the fur and whiskers and that bright, sharp pink eye.A great entry for the contest, best of luck!

Never heard of these squirrels before, never mind seen one! Your fine full and central composition offers us a grand look at one. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

Thanks for the text and for sharing your good fortune of capturing this image which is nicely cropped to make the squirrel the focus of attention. Also nice job by having the dark background. What planned luck. Reasons for my five star vote.

What a great capture grace, especially to see the albino squirrel against the snow, you have done a great job on the white balance, and I like that the squirrel stands out against the darker back ground, nice position in the frame to see all that lovely bushy tail. A great entry to this contest. I took some of a black squirrel the other day but I am waiting to get some clearer shots
They are more shy than the greys, we have quite a few colonies here in Hertfordshire. Good luck in the contest I think you will do very well.

Thank you very much! I really want to get some shots of a black one too! I think they are beautiful, but yes, they are so shy and rare for me to see around here. I hope you get some great shots!! I look forward to seeing them :)

Oh Wow! I have never seen one before! Look at that fantastic tail! There is a albino deer around my house. Everybody in my family has seen her but me! Grrr. This is such a unique shot! A great entry for the wildlife contest. Framing and lighting are perfect. Nice white balance. And the clarity is excellent. Wow! I just love this!
