Does you region really suffer from earthquakes? You have posted a really beautiful winter landscape here! The colours and tones are wonderful. Your nice image is well composed, has good exposure and is sharp. Well done!

Thank you so very much! Yes we get earthquakes, in 1964 we had a devastating one , usually just small tremors but this park was once a neighborhood that fell into the Inlet in the 1964; quake, that?s how it got it?s name.

Cool,Pat!
That 'Frozen Glow' gives the scene an enjoyably mysterious 'Almost Alien' look, doesn't it?
It's a strikingly pretty picture and a wonderfully 'out of the ordinary' looking one too!

A very nice scene in glowing warm tones that you don't often associate with snow and ice. Excellent composition and really fine colors in this eye catching image.

Pat,
A beautiful & very peaceful golden Sunset picture over the frozen lake the sky & snow laden birches glowing gold in the rays from the setting sun the frozen pond with a jazzed crack in its surface & animal paw prints running around the Conifers on the right in the shade. Artistic composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
