Gracie this is shot that elicits an "aaaahhhhh" He looks like a sweet guy that one would love to cuddle up with. Except, well, you know...he's a grizzly bear. :) Your composition is perfect with the log running through the scene and Haines filling up so much of the frame. Nice focus on his face. Colors are soft and natural. Love it! Thanks for sharing Haines with us.

Nicely captured. Even if he has a nice disposition I wouldn't want to get too close. You have done a good job of shooting Haines. The diagonal log adds interest to the photo, color and lighting is good, focus is good.

I don't know, but I get the feeling from the look in the bear's eyes that he is looking at me as a potential meal. Nice cropping job by capturing the angle of the log across the picture and displaying just a little of the green grass giving the major focus of viewing on the bear. Reasons for my five star vote.
