That's hilarious ! They must have had some riders who were kissing and smoking and they decided to put a stop to that! It's well focused and clear to view, well exposed, colorful and made me laugh!

:):) Public transport vehicles in India (especially the trucks) carry funny lines painted on their rear side. Mostly in local languages. You have to see to believe it.
