This one is outstanding. You have captured such innocence in this one. The colors are beautiful and love her little hat. Normally a pole or tree on the side would be distracting but in this case it suits the meaning of the photo as she is hiding from someone. Gorgeous candid photo and really deserves to be awarded. Thank you for sharing.

Now I recognize this little girl from the swing piece I reviewed yesterday I believe.
Skin tone is excellent in this one....I think in the swingset piece I commented it was a little bright. You had your settings perfect here and it is just a delightful entrant for this contest. Your timing was perfect....love the sideways glance. Focus is crisp....just wonderful detail in her face, that and jacket. Colors are good although grass behind her is almost too green but maybe that's the way it really looks???
I love the up close presentation...may have given just the slightest more room above the hat but that is honestly a minor thing.
Anyway, it's really a well put together image....gotta think her Mother loved this one. You definitely deserve a gold star here for timing, camera settings, nice crisp focus and the cutest little girl and that expression ever...lol Best of luck w/ it in the contest.

No real criticisms - colours probably could change if in control of what model is wearing which you were not. I wonder did you do anything to highlight the eyes in post production?

I wish I had a six for this priceless expression and amazing capture of it with your camera!
You must have been delighted when you loaded this one on your pc and saw this priceless expression..That plus the whimsy of the plaid bucket hat must make every single viewer smile..a spontaneous reaction to an excellent capture.
Besides the plaid hat blending in perfectly with her blue eyes (I placed my hand beneath her eyes and hid everything below them...and WOW son the blues!) the green grass is just as fresh in color and an important part of this story. Just a pure and natural feeling overall...
Framing is perfect...tightness above the hat may be expanded a bit ...at least for framing purposes..but only my opinion. Leaving the post in the frame was the clincher for this story.... very artfully accomplished as a whole. A delight to review! Definitely deserves all time best! Welcome to FAR! :D
