This is beautiful work. I like the way you have created the rays of light shining on the faerie and the highlights on her body are so nice. I like the faerie orbs flitting in the background, and the black is so dark it almost looks like this was painted on velvet.

This is very beautiful. I love the composition and the color choices that you made. It looks very natural. Her skin tones are well done and her proportions spot on. Love the dark woods with the ray of sunlight beaming through. She looks as if she is pondering something. Very nice work and a joy to review.

My granddaughter is so enchanted with fairies, that I am delighted to see your beautiful fairy right here on Fan Art. She is perfect in every way. Just wonderful. I wish I hadn't run out of six's.

Lovely little Nymph. Well drawn in a sensual style without being over the top. Almost a sense of naive innocents. Good color and medium well applied. The background with tinkerbells flitting around adds an interest as well. Well created.

'Way Cool',James!
It's an attractive picture to begin with,my friend, and I'm very happy to see that you haven't played down it's ADULT aspect ( something that means a great deal to the actual Creatures of Faery! ) rather than go with a safe 'kiddie friendly fairy' look in his fine looking pastel depiction that you've presented us with here!
It's definitely a 'Good Show',my friend!

Thank you so very very much sean I?m not going to play it safe anymore art is subjective and I think the female form is beautiful and to hide that is a shame and to those who interject religious beliefs well they forget Adam and Eve had no clothes in the garden of eden they were not covered I?ll bet you if I drew a nude male that would be acceptable

'I hear ya',James! : ) ( Although I posted a male nude once and people avoided it like the plague!
    : ) )

I hear ya sean in art school that?s all you do is draw nude figures all day long and they are live male and female some of these prudes better wake up and smell the shit they are shoveling

My sentiments exactly,James! I'm not sure where all their hang-ups about artwork that portrays nudity comes from but it's really weird for a place that claims to be an Art website!

She is so lovely.
I really like how the green stands out against the black, and those fireflies too.
Your details in her face and hands are really good.
You have done a great job. I can't wait to see Aphrodite (that is if I can view it.
Thank you for sharing.

m I?ll keep her acceptable if you go to art school you will be drawing them live it?s a part of art just remember it?s not unacceptable as long as it?s not perverted some people due to some beliefs it is not acceptable and respect that also it may not be age appropriate you must always ask if it is okay then one day the decision will be yours to make

I kind of get scared of what is going to be on the other side of that sign that says nudity. I came across one on here that made me want to poke my eyes out and it didn't even have a warning on it.
But as soon as I am 18 I plan to take the class for drawing the human body. Just not allowed right now.
Boobs are acceptable, but male and sexual forms I'm not allowed to review. My mom sometimes checks for me, and will let m review.

That?s good of your parents to screen them I?ve seen some to that I don?t like listen to your parents if you go to art school by then you will know what is acceptable to you they give you the option in art school to opt out if you feel offended but they are pretty tame in art school it?s just a matter of fact it?s all about anatomy listen to your mom

In my Drawing II class at our local community college, we have an independent studies guy who does the female body, but he is very respectful of the female body. I know I can get through it later, just not ready for that now.

When I do the seduction of good and evil in oil paint you skip that one it will not be appropriate for you to view it will have a mature warning you skip that one okay
reply by Minnie Kaye on 26-Feb-2018
Ok, I will make sure to do that. Thank you.
