You captured their colors very well Susan. Even the light iridescent purple around their necks stands out well and the color of the eyes looks good. I like the full view of their markings.

Great color, focus and detail in this shot. While I am sure it is what attracted them, I wish the feeder was not there so that we could see all of both birds. The purples and grays are very good . I think the background lends to the shot, providing framing for the main subject. Well seen.

Oh me! Love to watch pigeons but don't love the gifts either! What a mess they make. Beautiful framing and lighting on this pair. Nice clear focus. Love the purple around their necks. Very pretty!

I think pigeons are so very pretty, I love their colors. I have a neighbor beghind me who feeds them and every once in a while I can watch them. This is well presented, it tells the story, it's clear and well focused,, I like that you have two in the frame.i really like their pose, each facing opposite!

    Fred,
Merci beaucoup mille fois for your complementary review on this ever hungry pair of Pigeons, just after this six of their friends & two Wood Pigeons joined them.

Are their gifts brown and runny? A goose pooped right on top of my head once as I arrived to work. He was living with his mate and chicks in the roof of our building. They just put their butts over the edge and let go. I found out the hard way. Lol. I like the use of the rule of thirds with most of the action on the left third of the image. Nice composition. Well framed. Sharp image. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

    Pamela,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this pair of ever hungry Pigeons on the bird table... their gifts are brown & white smelly & near liquid.

Sounds like nature is doing its thing over there! We have wood pigeons regularly visiting our back garden. Your fine image is well composed, sharp with good exposure. Nicely taken!

    Nik,
Thanks a million for your great review. there are usually two in the garden all the time but I've counted up to a dozen at times & Wood Pigeons too like to join in on cleaning up the Bird table...leaving their calling calls behind them!!
