It makes me smile. You have captured the feeling of the baby in it's sleep. Which is not an easy thing. But you have done an excellent job on rendering this baby to the point that I feel the babies presence.

This is a very expressive sleeping baby. It looks like she fell asleep in a very unique position with her hands open against her face. I like how you drew her hair sticking up in the air. It adds to the drama of the artwork. Good luck in the contest.

This is a nicely done sketch of a little person. Tis nice when they are sleeping (I just had my wee niece here, so I totally understand!).
I love the face. This is done quite well.
What is throwing me is the hand on the right. Its a little to stiff. It needs to be loosened up a bit if you know what I mean.
Overall though, your technique is good as is the composition.
