The twilight time just before real sunrise is an interesting time for shooters.
The silhouettes of the people add that human dimension that fills out the frame so well. They also add a sense of size and scale.
The color range is fairly extensive, with an overall golden hue.
The DOF is extensive and extends all the way across the piece and ending with a good vanishing viewpoint.
I would not e surprised to find and 18 X 24 print of this in a Psychiatrist's office. For it is calming, non threatening and reassuring ... B-)) Bob

I don't think many people have been to Koh Samui recently so once again I think I know who this might be taken by lol. Regardless of that, this wonderful panoramic seascape caught my eye and with 14 reviews I think certainly deserves recognition, showing with great crisp clarity and brilliant long DOF the amazing, natural colour spectrum that is created is quite incredible in the tones of gold, purple and orange (to name a few) that the now retired sun has left behind for the evening, albeit briefly - they blend and merge together so naturally and create a martian like view, with the calm sea shimmering and reflecting beautifully and the incredible tones and hues of the evening sky merging together gradually in an endless tonal array, the purple clouds scattered along the level of the sun and the coast and hills way in the distance still captured nicely and giving scale and proportion to the piece, contrasting with the dark sand to the right and the couple walking at the water's edge completing the piece nicely and again showing the scale and vastness of the scene. Great work and best of luck in the polls! :)
