A great look at this big boulder and the little ones behind it! It kind of reminds me of a mama duck with her little ducklings following along behind her! Excellent sharpness throughout the photo. The autumn colors are beautiful.

This is such a lovely photo of full blown Autumn. It actually looks a lot like a hug rock formation in the Appalachian Mountains, where my mom grew up.
It is very colorful with the beautiful leaves carpeting the ground.
Wonderful light source.

Wow! What a sight of contrasting objects. Hard rocks vs sot petals!! This is a wonderful shot of nature. You have timed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Very good placement of the large "Goomer" to the right of the frame. this allows the viewer to be drawn in by the red leaf carpet and the trail of smaller racks leading off in the distance.
Excellent camera settings.
Bright bold and vivid colors abound.
The large Rock is high in initial visual impact.
Creative presentation set in a pristine forest.

This is a beautiful autumn scene with excellent depth and interesting boulders. The textures and color of them alone is fantastic. I love the green moss seen in the boulders further back, it adds a beautiful color to the rest of the wonderful colors in this scene.
Excellent perspective and real pleasure to view.

Your photo is of course also nice and sharp showing such clear and well defined details, and also textures in the foreground boulder, and I think the exposure is very good.
The format and framing works well, and with the big boulder off to the right, it is a good balance in the composition. A lovely and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Your photo is of course also nice and sharp showing such clear and well defined details, and also textures in the foreground boulder, and I think the exposure is very good.
The format and framing works well, and with the big boulder off to the right, it is a good balance in the composition. A lovely and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Nice crisp focus. There's a ton of detail in those boulders....color is good there as well. Spot on w/ exposure. Good notes too btw.
