Very pretty photograph and nice entry for the nature contest. The rock in the foreground grabs your attention. The fall colors are all pleasing to look at and tell the time of year it is. Nicely arranged in a pleasing composition. Good luck in the contest.

A good perspective and nicely framed in your square format and well composed shot. I love the leaves on the ground and the many falls colors in your image. I find it strange to see such a collection of boulders in the middle of a forest. Perhaps if there were mountains around the rocks could be more easily accepted. A beautiful shot with fine detail and great colors.

Off to climb a boulder at Fountainblue, France. The colors are bright and deep. The "rocks" are no doubt a challenge for any rock climber. I like that the focus is on the largest of the boulders with the smaller ones trailing behind.

A beautiful autumnal scene with the Beech Trees all dressed up in gold & their russet leaves carpeting the ground at their feet with the mysterious boulders scattered around ? from an ancient/prehistoric Volcanic eruption from a now silent volcano that is little more than a hill or the end of an ancient Glacier at the last Ice Age? What ever caused them to be there they add interest to your picture & the many visitors to the Forest. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Wow! That is a huge boulder ! It immediately catches the eye! I love the beautiful autumn red leaves covering the ground! This is framed nicely with the tall trees in their autumn colors, the boulders are neatly placed along the tree line and are interesting to view in their various shapes and sizes. This is well photographed with good focus , the image is clear throughout, well controlled lighting allowing the natural colors and tones! This is a beautiful location and was a pleasure to view!

This is a pretty fall scene. I like the way the big boulder and the other rocks lead the eye into the scene as though marking the path one should traverse. The reds and golds of the autumn leaves are splendid.
