a nice shot despite the triangular mishap in the right corner. Always difficult to take pictures through the windscreens of vehicles but you've made a good attempt here and captured the beauty of the hills

Thanks a million for your great review on the Sunset over the Featherbed. I was taking it through an open window it's the windshield that surrounds the window I got in the frame. I'd had taken it outside, only the wind was blowing a gale & I had to be ready to move if a large car was approaching behind me on the narrow road...OK for two normal cars but too narrow for the Four by Fours.

Wonderful easy feeling, you have given me a breath of fresh air and some grand warmth this morning. :-)) Would be ever so nice to actually been sitting there enjoying the view. Great exposure with beautiful lighting. Thanks for sharing!

I was surprised that simply did not crop it out! It was certainly a scene worth taking!! Exposure and sharpness are good. Pretty good try!

The shield does not bother me in this image but if it bothers you the right side could be cropped without adverse effect. The sunset is just lovely and gives the sky a hazy golden glow that is very appealing. I like the thin sliver of a water element also.

I like that the sunset actually makes the rest of the landscape appear faded or out of focus. The colors of the setting sun dominate the sky and overtake the balance of the photo.
