A beautiful picture of these twin girls in identical outfits one spinning a Hula Hoop around her waist like we did in the late 1950s in Europe the movement blur to my eye adds to the picture as does their different facial expressions a moment caught in time & not in a studio! Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Well, it's just a bit unreasonable to expect every shot to come out perfect? I feel you have made a good attempt to get the scene and the action. The blur on the hoop is very suggestive of movement whereas a sharp hoop would not. Your exposure is good and the photo is sharp except for the hoop. So, cheer up you did quite well in my opinion! Good luck!!
