Hi W.T.P. , I would never have thought that a bunch of canoes could have so much punch! I think it was a super entry for the color photography contest. The bright blues with the red edging create a vivid picture. Love the little touches of yellow and green. You can't help but stare at this. This was a joy to view. I can understand why you won the Contest! Big Congratulations for that! :o) Helvi

Wow! This is an awesome sight! I love your angle of shot! There are so many boats! I love the colors! This is well photographed with good focus, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors and tones appear natural. I like the way you have composed this with the boats almost filling the frame but leaving enough water to allow a good sense of this location on the lake. Well presented! this is obviously a future contest winner; not many people go to such a remote area;
are these boats for tourists? it looks like: much too clean and empty to imagine it is for local people;
perfect angle of capture with sharp focus;
