yes this is great, the sharp black & white shirt against the blurred movement is fantastic, there is a real buisiness about the shot, which i presume reflects the game, whilst the ref has calm, which is required

This is a decent shot, just doesn't have an impact on me. I think that most of the shot being blurred as it is, is a bit distracting. Maybe cropping so just the ref is in the shot and presented as portrait style would be better, my opinion only. Good start!!!

it was a motion shot ment to show distracting elements to help the movement be clear

Not to bad, you focus on your primary subject fairly well, using a good dof, he could be little sharper. but you did get him looking towards you and that's good for one of these guys.

You had the right idea with this image. Thought that it had too many distracting backgrounds. Photo is very blurry and compostion is out of sync. Seems to be many things going on at the same time which made photo hard to take.

Like the blurring effect caught in the photo but find the ref to be a little out of focus. Still a great attempt at a moving target! Nice work!

You've done a great job keeping your ref in focus. I like the motion of this photo. Were you panning for this shot? Great work!

A very good capture of referee....however, there is too many distracting elements and photo is blurry. A good effort by all means.

This is a nice of shot of a ref in action. I think the blurriness of the surroundings adds to the sense of motion or action. But I think the ref is a little fuzzy. Great work!

Great shot of capturing only the Ref in motion. Did you give him a copy? I'm sure he like it too. Was this taken from a tripod, or handheld? Interesting. Orion008.

Great shot! You can see this girl is really working hard at her game, and the ref has such an intense look; they're both really into this. Love how he's so clear, despite the fact that he's obviously running! Very nicely done!
