This is a wonderful shot of the bird. Brilliant colours and excellent sharpness. I particularly like the tilt of its head and its marble eyes!:) You have timed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good luck!

Very nice capture of this indigo. Looks like it is peeking around a corner at you. Great color set off well by the green background. Nice catch light in the eye. Sharp details. I have been fortunate to have one of these as a visitor in my back yard as well. Good luck in the contest.

Love this and love that title very apt!
The green backdrop really shows off the birds outline and espeially those gorgeous blue coloured tones, lovely catch light in the eye and highlights in the beck, from someone who knows what photography is all about, good luck with the contest!

This is such a pretty blue color. I would like to see the entire body of this bird but I suppose you had to crop the feeder out. I like how he has a tad bit of food on his beak that looks like suet.
