This has to be the most beautiful bird I have ever seen, I have never seen it in person but I have seen a photo of it years ago. The feather detail is incredible! I love it's pose up on the tree, well focused, good clear image , perfect exposure , the colors are gorgeous and appear natural. Well placed in the frame. Well presented!

Excellent composition and placement in the frame. The focus is sharp and the details of the bird are clear throughout. The colors appear vivid and natural. This would be a good entry in a bird guide. Worthy of 6 stars, but I don't have any left at the moment.

Such beautiful bright varied colouring in this bird's plumage which would have been more appropriately named The Rainbow Roller.
Although beautifully captured I would like it to be more lit up to see those colours. A great find and opportunity to show case this lovely bird. Thanks for sharing!

A very beautiful picture of this rainbow of a Bird the Lilac Breasted Roller perched at the top of a tree on branches that look to thin to support it head turned watching you. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
