I like this shot a lot. I like the colors and tones. The focus and the cropping is good on this one. I keep going back and forth on the trees in the front. One minute I like them and the next I dont. Overall, very nicely done.

I think this is a nice picture. Really it doesn't scream out spectacular to me (even though some of your others have) I think it is all the brown, drab background and perhaps the subject of the photo (the barn and fences) are just too far away. Nice job though!

I like this shot, nice composition, lighting is good, and the color is pleasing. I think if this shot was taken when the leaves are changing color would have made for a better photo. Nice job !!!!

Great photo!! I love country settings, and you have captured this well from what I can see! I wish it were a little bigger on this page, so I could see it more clearly! From what I can see, however, it is a great picture!!

This is a beautiful scenery you got there and I like that old barn. The colors are very good and so is the framing. There is a small problem in the focus and it is a very small photo.

Thank you for your comments and for your review and for giving this piece 4 stars. It is really a very simple technique I have learned in a Digital Imagine class in Adobe Photoshop I am taking at a nearby Community College. The class is a lot of fun and really interesting to learn so many new tricks and fun things.

I use a rating system to evaluate all photos. I tend to be a bit tough, but I do this in hopes it will help other fellow photographers in taking great pictures. I am no expert either, this is just my opinion. But I hope it helps you.
Focus/Sharpness: 8+ Ok did 3 reveiws for you today, this is a very small photo you submitted, but it does look much better focused than the others.
White Balance/Lighting: 9 Great lighting
Depth of Field/Backgrounds: 9+ I love the hill backgrounds, give the photo a great feel.
Frame/Cropping: 9+ Great framing/cropping work as well. Showing a great landscape.
Overall Photo: 9 You got a nice photo here, a beautiful scenery.

i think this photo is a little drab. the dry look is not attractive, i think the barn should have been the supject and not all the dry lands.

Another really nice shot LowRider! The old days make for great images. I'd love to see a large image of this as I want to see all the details, which I know can't be done here, grrrr Great shot but again, a bit light on my end.
