I think the wren is such a lovely little bird, and you have indeed pictured this one really well. Especially the Bright eye is ell captured, and it is of course also standing out from the background in an excellent way.

The Focus is spot on and Sharp, showing such Clear and well defined details in the feathers of the bird, and the exposure is Perfect.

The tight cropping is working well and the bird has got a very fine Placement within the frame. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Willie, and With an excellent DOF. I wish you Luck With the contest.

This is a very beautiful capture of the Carolina Wren, I like it's position in the frame and it's pose on the tree, I see good detail over every part of this pretty bird and especially appreciate the clear face and eye!
