A great low light capture showing a beautiful POV with great focus and details.
It's a pleasure to see white balance Controlled so well.
I like the city lights that twinkle in the low flat light and the moody clouds that hover above.

This is another beautiful scene from your balcony.
I like those moody clouds! Well captured with good placement of the separating line between sky and the city. Nice depth. Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones appear natural. Well composed and presented!
