Thanks. It didn't really take that long compared to some other drawings of mine, but yes, I feel like it's well worth it.
He could be a retired extra from Jurassic Park! You never know!
    Thanks again!

Technically excellent! I love the subject matter and the representation. I thought you could have used some more dramatic shading, some parts are a little washed out. I feel a little silly being critical, though, with a piece that is both seething talent and fun to look at.

Like what parts? It's ok. Don't feel silly. Let me know what you think, but please be specific so I know what to work on and how to improve. I always welcome critiques. Thanks.

Thanks. I was debating whether or not to keep that in, but I have to stick to what is real. I think it gives him character.

Vey well done. You have acheived a degree of realiims that is photo realistic . . very impressive. This is stupid, but I would like to possible see a little siena color modelled in it, but that is just a personal prefernce. Well done.

Hmmm... That would look nice, wouldn't it? I have seen it with a little green tone to it, and that looked SO cool, but yeah, I have to totally agree. Thanks.

I have to say. .I don't have much of an eye for drawings as I am not particularly talented in that area. .. but this is amazing. It almost looks like a black and white photo. I can't believe it only took 4 hours. GREAT JOB!!

Thank-you. Yes, this one didn't take that long because I used a lot of overall blending and then just erased in the hilights. I was done in a couple days. I really appreciate the review.

Thank-you. There is space in the original, but I took a photo of it scanned and had to crop out the matte. The photo was a little crooked, so it ended up cropping too close. At least nothing got cut off! LoL. Thanks again.

This a wonderful piece. You have talent. It is very impressive. What kind of paper did you use? Good technique. The background works very well. You are right the shading makes the drawing "pop". Detail is "wow".

I use "Bristol" paper designed for pencil/charcoal/dry meduim work. It's pretty thick paper, more like poster board, so it will last longer and withstand humidity/temperature changes better, and it shouildn't discolor as it ages. There is a smooth kind and a textured kind available, and I chose the textured. Hope that helps. Thank-you for the sweet compliments!

Thank-you. I know how you feel. I wish I could sing, but I can't carry a tune in a bucket! Don't be jealous, though. Everyone is given a special talent/gift/quality to use in this world. The grass is always greener on the other side...Right? LoL. Best wishes always. Thanks again.
