A beautiful picture of this Sea otter lying on it's back heard up watching you closely front paws resting on it's chest. The light sparkling in it's eyes . the sky above reflected on the surrounding water. Beautiful & comical composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
