Even if the sea with the small incoming waves look lovely, it is the sky doing this photo more than anything. It looks absolutely fantastic with the great looking cloud formations. Almost like a little explosion.
The photo is also sharp showing such clear and well defined details, and the white balance and exposure is perfect.
The format and framing is very good, and it is a very good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo Jewell, and with an excellent DOF.

A beautiful seascape looking over the sandy beach & the calm sea that's reflecting the blue sky above with high flying white clouds radiating out across the heavens. The people walking along the beach add interest to it. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
I can't see what restoration is needed it looks like perfection.

I used to live in Gulfport, Ms. and we have these same beaches. i would go over to Nawlins for the Mardis Gras instead. wink lol. nice capture. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of the skyview, beach and water is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

Thanks so much. I lov how different seasons the water seems to be different shades of green or aqua.
