Another truly stunning painting of a rose, and I really like the ivory colors of it against the golden background. It is easy to see that this was done paying a very good attention to details.

Again the brush work is very good, and so is the way you have used high lights and shadows.

The format and framing is perfect, and the rose has got a very good placement within the frame. It is a truly lovely and well done digital painting Allan, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thanks Annie, this one was pure joy in creating, I was zoned out for several hours in concentration. Since digital painting can be done anywhere this one was done at a coffee shop. Lots of coffee helped I think! : )
