I just love this piece. It feels very whimsical. I could see it in a children's room. Love how the cloud almost merges with the moon. Colors go well and compliment each other. Great vibe.

Hi Christine, This looks like it belongs in a children's fantasy storybook. Love the beautiful image you created. I can see the words... Papa Moon was sleeping when the daylight slipped to night, but soon awakened with the stars to cast his silver light.... Just something off the top of my head for your lovely imagery. Very pretty imagery for anyone to imagine in. :o) Nancy

Hi Christine, I was a poet on Fan Story before I came here. Some of my poetry is actually in some of the videos that Mark (MKFlood) did. I did Wanderlust for Supergold's video. I also did one for A woman in Love and think I did one for Ray Gordan's video.
Sometimes someone comes along like you, who has such beautiful artistry it turns my poetry mode on. I'm thrilled you like what I wrote. Thank you for the wonderful compliment on it. What an amazing and magical scene. The setting is pretty uplifting especially the Papa Moon with the foreground of a bluish creek or ocean. I really love the blending and harmony of colors, too. Those leafless trees on side made a nice frame and balance your composition. This should be an excellent book cover for fantasy or fairy tales stories. High on conceptualization and story telling ability.
