This is fine digital work from the really nice background to the hat and flowers on it, to eh face and gaze appearing quite realistic, the earring, neck and shoulders with the matching dress.

    Welcome, artist friend Christine.

A good looking image presented here as a result of changing tactics! Your fine and full composition suggests to me that the bride is probably very beautiful too. Textures, colours and tones are good. Nicely created!

Christine, This piece you put together needs no explanation, it tell the story of a proud mother admiring her daughter as she takes on a new adventure in life. Flowered sun hats are not as popular in the US. Who knows what the future holds for the US, maybe large sun hats with flowers. I love this, you are always thinking and applying your thoughts to beautiful and clever presentations. Ray

She is a beautiful and elegant lady , I love her hat with the peach toned flowers, and her matching grey dress. She has such a proud expression as she watches her daughter walk down the aisle.
Neutral background works perfectly to emphasize this mother of the bride!
Well presented!

A very lovely portrait presented here. I like how the woman has her face turned and how she wears her hat. Very good composition, shades, tones and colors. Thank you for sharing.

This portrait of the mother of the bride is not just a frozen moment; it's a silent conversation between your brush and the embodiment of grace. I'm loving it. Bravo!

Elegant is what comes across in this one, digital is beyond me sometimes,i see images that look like photos vaguely yet this has an air of a painting so for me its slightly confusing[perhaps christine you can explain this]....Brian

Thank you Brian - generally speaking it is easiest to generate an AI image that looks exactly like a photograph. The more realistic, the more AI was involved. I use AI to for instance get the features and a rough idea of the finished article then I take it out of an ai program and import it into a painting program (such as Photoshop) that gives me control with a digital paintbrush to ?paint? in details and remove others. For instance I could then here, paint the floral details on the hat (which was actually ai generated). I do most of my work like that. It?s a sort of hybrid and allows me to produce images that I could never paint from scratch and I think you?d need to be a professional artist to do so. I think most of the AI artists on here work in a similar way. Straight AI photorealistic images aren?t really my thing - and although they take some skill to get right, the element of actual art involved is usually very little. I hope that helps clarify things a bit?
