This is such a beautiful scene, and I especially like the limited color pallet and the light from the sun shining through the mist. The bird in the sky adds interest.

The pine trees are done paying such a good attention to details, and it is of course also a wonderful light in this creation.

The square format is perfect, and it is a very good balance in the composition. Indeed a lovely and well done digital painting Allan, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thanks Annie, I sure like your feed back. It is so relaxing to do this digital painting when having a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop. Plugged into 1970's rock music, I am lost in time. : )

This is a very pretty scene, I love trees in artwork and photography. I like the way you have arranged the trees here.
I like the foggy air and the glow of the sunset. The greenish tones give this a surreal feeling.
