Beautiful use of the light to bring shadow to the painting. I really like that the artist used a heavier set woman, that is more realistic of society. Also there was alot of use of flowers in this picture which makes it cheary and joyful, good job!

The lady definitely appears relaxed. The background is so relaxing as well. The florals in the dress and hanging over as well as the flowers the lady holds all are a lovely relaxing composition.

Yes thank you Brian, I think the change of scenery and a bit of sunshine (25 degrees today) is doing me good. I?m staying with my sister and her husband in Oliva, in the Valencia province. Back home on Saturday, 5 nights flies by sadly.
