First, I like the perspective of this piece, and combined with the colors, it gives it a very Silver-age comic book flair. However, it does look a little flat. Since you're using photoshop, instead of trying to use darker versions of the colors to do your shading, you might want to try an airbrushed burn tool to do your shading, it will make it look more refined. I also notice that you "colored outside of the lines" on the shoulder. Also, a little highlight in the eyes would make them seem more alive and less flat. Overall, good start, good composition.

I really like it. The angle is great and a little different which made me take a second and third look. The body looks in good proportion for the angle of the picture. Nice use of colors. Nice smile. The eyes look a little dark for as happy as she seems, a little twinkle or light would go a long way.

This would have been much better if you hadn't cut the top of her head off.
A very good contrast of colors. A beautiful smile and a bit of a smudge on the corners of the mouth when applying the lip stick. (:D)
