Your stories to go with each shot do crack me up..and of course the initial look provoked me to think, "Why the heck didn't she move over to get that tree out of the backside of the plow?"!! The colors are nice and bright..but it looks a little fuzzy.... do you use a telephoto lens or just zoom in as far as ya can?

Nice work. Have some scopes for improved clarity and angle. This reminds me of "An Old Horse Drawns" by emukaissi, you may want to have a look at that.

That's a funny story, and indeed the only thing I was going to say was "maybe from a little bit of a different angle, so the tree is not right behind this thing",. But then you wouldn't get the thing at such a great angle, so its a toss up anyways. Beautiful.

I don't know what I like better, your photographs or the stories that come with them! I would love to read your memoirs. As for the photo I think it is a great shot. I like the contrast of the little pine in the background especially. Great composition for having your head through a fence!

This an interesting photograph. It is simple and forthcoming. I like the contrast of materials - iron, leaves, grain - the fence in the distance gives perspective.
