This is a good landscape scene. The mountains
with their height and depth adding a backdrop, somehow,
to the greenery surrounding the old barn, kind of
sad. Alot is incorporated in this scene. Nice!

I think this is one of your nicer photos, Debbie...the composition is great. I love the vantage point you took this from....just would be nice to see more light on the barn..but super job nonetheless.

You really did a nice job on this one Low. The composition is great, the lighting is on the money, and the different colors of green make this a great shot. Nice job!!!

Very nicely composed. I wouldn't really think of ghostly with the one exception of the silo not having a top.
Very well balanced. Only wish the colors were consistent beyond the farm and into the background, but where can you find air that clear?

Thank you so much Ski!!!!!!!!! Here in the foothills of Colorado!! Will probably take a similar pic when it snows, think it will be neat if I can get the lighting right for the snow.

This is beautiful, and a bit spooky, I would like to see it with more sunlight on the barn to see the details. Great shot, keep em coming!!!!!!!!!

Thank you very much ms!!!!!!!!!! Yep, me too (more light)!!!!!!!! This was my second time to this barn making attemps to get a picture with more detail on the front. I need to go when the sun is thinking about going down, but that is not a great time for me to be away from home because of family. But I am not going to give up yet!!

Hey LowRider...
The foreground on this is showing really dark on both my computers.
It feels the house is in a mountain's shadow or something.
I'd love to see this in better lighting, but then, that might make it not seem so lonely and abandoned huh?

Thanks typ! Don't know the 'deal', actual photo not dark, bright sunny day, shows really bright greens down to the barn. ???

wow! I looked on 2 computers, but I'll take a peak on my studio computer when I'm out at the "barn" later. Maybe my eyes are just getting old...sigh

One of your better shots Debbie! I love the landscape around the old place. The barn is nice and clear and well placed in the frame. Nice color and clarity in the shot too! Nice job!

I think this is a lovely shot. I love the mountains in the background as well. I think a slight re-frame or a slightly different angle would help. The tree in front of the barn doesn't help much (I know you can't move it but you could try to work around it) Overall great Job.

Great shot Lowrider. I like how the land in the horizon looks so expansive. The old barn and topless silo are great subjects. You wonder what the lookout on top was used for.

I love this photograph! You are right...When I view this pic, I have to wonder if once this barn was full of life! The angle you took this pic is wonderful too! And the scenery is breath taking! Great Job!!
