I really like this picture. I cant help but notice the shading from the boy to the part for the arm rest... It leads me to believe the light is coming from the right of the boy...However it appears to be to the left of the arm rest...This is a very well done work...

I think that is an effect of the portrait setup but it has been awhile since I did this one.

This is very good! What medium did you use to do this? I like all the little details, especially how his suspenders seem a little loose because the one is slipping off his shoulder. Excellent piece!

I was unsure whether to go with four or five stars here, but after looking at it for a minute I came to the conclusion that this is a very good work. You get five. This is very nice and I am sure it looks just like the boy whose portrait you drew.

Beautiful portrait. Everything looks positioned fine, and he's a very cute boy! My only suggestion would be to add defining shadows in the face like you've done below the arms and fingers. It will really make his face stand out more. As of now, my eyes are drawn to his hands, shirt, and tie because that's where the most contrast is. But, wow, you have an awesome style. It looks to be very natural for you. Keep up the good work.
