This is a great photo with a great story behind it! I enjoyed reading your artist notes! I like the detail you've captured here. Your Momma should be proud!

Hey Low or should I just call you Debra June. I am giving this a five just on the story alone, my girl you are a riot, I don't drink beer, but I would sit down with you and chug a case. The picture it self is good, little blurry but I wonder if you had just landed in the picture or was it the wind. Crop a little from the left. Have a good one DJ. Sassy

the story is great, and as a personality it is so obvious you are, however i dont think this is the greatest picture you have taken, as good looking as the subject may be, a great one for the album me thinks

Very good composition, with good DOF, though could be touch lighter and sharper.I would recompose the scene to crop off some of the left side and work with more sun light on this area. Still a good keep sake photo.

Debra June... can we all call you that from now on? Great picture, love the flowing hair, it really shows the real you! Nice tree too, it must be ancient. Makes for a great shot.

OK, that sounds like my mom, and the title and story are just too funny....I like how you actually tested your tripod on yourself, me I had to go to a certain spot, and try to fix it just right, blah blah...Anyways, to get to the point...the photo is still good, the focus is sharp, color is right on, I like it. You should sell story and all!! :)

Ok, can I five for the picture and the A - notes?
You should look into the fanstory side - you are very funny!
I love the livlieness of the picture and the contrast between your clothing and the tree is cool, too!
Listen to your mother, it sounds like you could be in trouble if you don't.
Dawn :o)

What an awesome story! I love it!!! This is a great picture. Very good focus, clear, nice location, good composition and nice picture of you. Looking forward to the next one - closer without shades... and the continuing saga you so graciously shared. Thank you so much for this - it's great fun! Can't wait to hear what Mom says.

I am sure your mom won't be complaining anymore :) I really like the way you 'angled'' yourself to compliment the trees. Its not easy to take photos of yourself and we had many laughs trying to get family shots for our folks in Germany but you managed extremely well without loosing any artistic components. Nice shot! :)
