I think you captured what you were attempting to to get - colorful leaves, wet, framed by tree limbs, wet, representing a change in the season. Accidentally, you captured the colors of the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs ; o ) Jeff

Sometimes, when water gets on a lens, if the lens is focused out enough, it won't show up.

I like this. I think a little closer to the leaves would even be better for more detail. Very nice.

I like the drops caught on the leaves. The lighting is a little flat. Did you use flash? The twig right in the centre is a little out of place.

well... it did come out nicely. it's a great shot! unnaturally red leaves (i wonder if i ever saw such color of the leaves) but they are definitely gorgeous! the image maybe appears as a little small but as long as it shows nice details, i have no complaints
