Very nice job
Really good detail
Understanding the distance to the object you really did you when centering which took us to the most important part of the work

Nice Shot Low! Must have been fun standing there having a look at this one. Good work. I think there is a little too much sky in this shot, and the mountains do blend into the clouds. Nice panorama though!

I envy you, you have such scenery to work with. My sister was just telling me today, you should move to Colorado to get the kind of pictures I like to take. The mountains would probably do wonders for my photos.
One thing that stands out to me in this photo, is the ascending shades beginning with the foreground. Dark black, dark blue, light blue, and finally the Grand Mountainscape. The puffy clouds at to the mix of textures. I wish you had stuck around for sunset- or maybe i shouldn't say that- cause I won't anything left to shoot. Great work done here, orion008.

Thank you very much orion!!! Yep, is a photographers dream up here! Colorado's most famous active photographer at this time is John Fielder, you might want to check out some of his incredible work. He shoots with an old, old camera with the hood and all, everything manually of course. After living in TX for 24 years and moving here 8 years ago, I would never want to live anywhere else!

Every time I see a mountain shot I just want to be there. You have good sense of perspective here with the trees in the foreground, the middle hills then those magnificent mountains. Nice.

The initial impact is three stars the bright light and the black clash, the creativity presentation is three stars point and shot not much presentation framing might have helped the spread out look, color harmony is three stars and bit dark , the center of interrest is three stars there really is not a center of interrest, tech. excellent n/a, Technique is three stars, story telling ability is 3 stars and the lighting is 3 stars the bright light to dark is distrating and seems to make the photo to spread out i think a frame would greatly help and as a rule if white bleeds any edge it probliy needs a frame to capture the illusion of falling off the photo, so-to-speak. .

Love the gradual shift from black at the front to nearly white at the back.
This shot has a wonderful depth to it.
Like the panoramic crop too.
Nice Shot.

Thank you very much Mark!! Your input is very important to me as my 'work' and passion is to learn from those that know.

its a beautiful shot and a beautiful record of where you live, there is too much space above for me and i find the bushes at the front more distracting than adding to the shot

The mountains in winter are always magical...The way the clouds seem to grow from the tops of the peaks, as well as the mysteriousness of distance. Nice shot!
