The subject in this image looks very colourful and interesting, however the photographic merit of the image itself has several flaws that must be corrected before you considered uploading to ratings.
Firstly, your subject is not in focus at all. Though in some instanced, a soft focus is purposely applied, often to faces or mystical settings, I don' think it worked well here.
Secondly, there is too much in the background that would distract from your subject had it been in focus. The partial exit sign, diagonally slanted door frame and accompanying wall, and lighting in the darkness beyond.
SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT:
With these splendid colours (Canadian spelling), the black background is a good idea, if you re-shoot this, it will give your colours good definition and depth.
Consider re-locating the mobile to a location where there is no distractive door frames and such. Possibly you could hang it from a nylon thread in front of an open window at night. Use your flash, it will enhance the colours. If you continue to get a blurry image, try mounting your camera on a tri-pod, or chair with a stack of books to prevent camera shake with lower shutter speeds.
Rotating the camera to get this in portrait mode, where the height is longer than the width. I think this idea can work, but not as it is now.
Cheers!

The colors are bright and its obvious that you took time to think over this piece, but what is the story here. I find, for myself, there should be something to bring my eye to the subject, but dont let this upset you keep up the good work.

Interesting peace of art and all the work that went into making it is clearly visible in the end product. Al the colors make a good display and I would like to see it if there is a little breeze blowing.

Good work

Nice variation of the colors on this piece. It looks almost like something you might find at a gay pride celebration. You must have put a lot of time and energy into this one.

I like the style and layout of the mobile, but colourwise I prefer colours to limited and complimentary. However due to the reason it was made I think the colour choice fits well with the subject at hand. It's a pity you cant have more than one photo of it, as I'd like to see it from different angles.

This is such a colorful piece of art. I would look great hanging from a tree, can it withstand the weather?? I think it is beautiful, so much movement and life.

I think that this would be nice to see in rea life, becuase the relationships of color would be more 3 dimensional. Doesn't transfer that well to 2-D

This is an interesting sculpture. I have a large spiral mobile made from sea shells that I bought at the beach that is similar to this. They're really cool to look at.
