Very intense work. I like the reds and oranges. It must take you so long to complete something like this. I could see this being one of those puzzles that takes forever to get together. Great work.

Thanks for the review...It takes about 100 hours for something like this, but I do it while watching TV.

Well there I am painting small abstract paintings and there you are doing this amazing stuff. I love the colours the shapes and the way the overall picture fuses together, I am sure people ask you when do you know the picture is finished and I am sure there will be no clear answer.
You will know when it is.

Holly, Thanks for the review. Actually, because it's colored pencil, there's really no way to change anything, so it's done when there is no white left! I guess that's why I stopped doing oils.

Hi Dangyr. Oh my, a lot of time you spend! But it was worth- your picture is delighting us now. I like the colors and forms how they are playing with each other.

Thanks! You put it perfectly..."playing with each other"! I'll definitely use that phrase again if you don't mind.

Great colours and unbelieveable amount of detail... The longer you look the more you can see, or think you can see... Makes me think of the Aztecs and their beautiful weavings...

Thanks...I love aztec and other mexican art, like those bright little paintings you see at tourist shops.

Highly detailed is am understatement!! I can't even imagine the time that went into this one. I am sooo impressed. What a beautiful, captivating piece to have hanging in ones home. The color is great.

Thanks...I have a whole housefull of these (about 6-7 that rival this one in size and detail, with about 4 per year total). The time passes quickly.

This looks like it was a lot of work.. would never have the patience to do that. Quite loud and busy. I commend you for your time spent..Keep up the good work...

This is very nice, it has so much color to look at yet everything blends in well, I found my self studying the whole picture to see what was there so it is very pleasing. Thank you for sharing :)

Thanks for your reply. I wish the scan was a little better, because the colors and the detail get a little washed.
Comment from Tracymax

wow that's intriguing! Do you study this before making it? It seems that it would take a long time to realize something like this. Anyway great job!

Tracy, Thanks for the review. These drawings are more like an extended doodle, so it pretty much just grows across the paper. I've been doing this a long time, so it ends up looking a little better than typical doodles!
