I love alternate approaches to age old subjects. This still life with flower is remarkable for its concept and execution. Very elegant and classy. Well done!

I like the composition with one tulip in a vase and a few other daisy like flowers at the foot of the vase. Colours in the tulp and daisy flowers are very pretty and are not dissimilar in tones. I also like the deep turquoise colour of the glass vase. Focus and framing are very good but I do feel the image is rather on the dark side. I think you could still achieve the same effect but throw some more light onto the subjects. As is, it is very hard to see what is actually in the shot. Apt for the contest. Good Luck in that.

A very pleasing composition. I like the small flowers at the bottom that echo the orange in the tulip. Focus and framing excellent.
