Sharon lives in Big Pine Key, Florida which is located in the Middle Keys 30 miles north of Key West. Living on the water on a small bit of coral makes things like fresh water, electicty, and cameras (LOL!) seem like luxuries. The trade off is living in one of the most protected species and habitat areas in the world!
Every day is a gloreous gift filled with eagles, great white herons, iguana, miniature deer, mantatee, eagle rays, nurse sharks, whales, and so much more..
Although there are hurricanes the trade off again is the daily tropical breeze and suns warming rays. Water is everywhere and so naturally, to live here is to be in it or on it!
The bridges that connect the little islands are phenominal for viewing the water or for fishing!Ever heard of the 7-mile Bridge? It is the bridge I use to get to civilization (or at least to K-mart)!
The sunrises and sunsets are out of this world! Every direction you look there is something to behold.
Sharon has little time left to do art work but keeps trying to fit it in between just being outdoors!
Along time ago she went to art school and then to medical school. She has a great appreciation for both!
Thank you in advance for your patience!
