INFORMATION

John is an award winning photographer that comes from the Washington DC area. He has been dabbling in photography since the mid-1960's. He was a teacher (mathematics and photography), owned a computer company and is now a Senior Analyst in cybersecurity. He looks to photography as a way to relax, create and reflect. It is also something to look forward to for retirement (sigh). John loves to travel and take along his gear for those special captures.

John shoots with Nikon equipment (d7000 DX and d800 FX) using a variety of lenses.

John is a contributing photojournalist for the online magazine IMPress, the International Press Assoication and is a member of the Photographic Society of America.
