Lisa Sloan: Hopefully someone can help me with this. My account expired for a week or so and I have since gotten it updated, however all my pictures seem to be gone. I have clicked on the "Best Of" ones and gotten them on my profile, but is there a way I can just make my whole profile visible again? Any help would be appreciated.

Lisa Sloan: My external hard drive crashed yesterday..been trying everything to get my photos back. I had 9000 pics on there. Anyone know anything about getting data off a bad hard drive??? Any help would be MUCH APPRECIATED! Thanks

    Lisa Sloan: I am not sure. When I plug it into my Lightroom, the files are there but can't be accessed, so I can't edit or export them. I can see the pics but I can't do anything with them.

    Clyde B.: Doesn't sound like the hard drive is your problem, I don't use Lightroom but you could try uninstalling and then reinstall the software, here is a site that may be of some help http://lightroomkillertips.com/. If that is not the problem there are other solutions to try.

Lisa Sloan: Lisa Sloan lives in Colorado with her husband and 3 kids. She has always had a passion for photography, she wanted to be a photojournalist when she was younger. She was finally able to attend Art Institute in Colorado last year. She loved this and found that while photojournalism was not really her thing, she loved to take landscape and nature photos. Unfortunately she had to quit school, however this did not kill her passion for photography and now spends her free time trying to improve her skill. She hopes someday to have enough to upgrade to a better camera. Please be honest with your reviews..she wants to improve and she can take it.
