INFORMATION
Born as the oldest daughter out of 5 children, I had a lot going on around me. Some good and some not so good. Art in many forms, has always been a way to escape. I use photography as a way of looking at the world around me in a different view. It is truely amazing to see something around you in person, then later look at it stopped in time. Some times what we thought we were seeing was not the case at all.

I later turned to poetry in my teen years. It save me in so many ways at that time. I enjoy going back and reading what I thought was the end of the world and laughing thinking if only it could be that simple. There are others I read and think this can't be real. I had a baby at 17 and "MY" life, became mine for my son. Art was gone, forgotten, as if I never had experienced it. I would fix hair for the girls going to dances and so painting in the house, but it wasn't until my 2nd son was born and started to play football that the love poured back into my body.

I have tons of photo oppurtunities. I have my 2 sons 22 and 19. With my husband who has custody we have 2 boys ages 3 and 11(he is mentally ill...about 3-5 depending on day, time and situation). Our youngest and only girl is 10 and she is a pill! She hates getting her picture taken, but give her the camera and watch out!! My husband and I have been married 5 years this coming April, but went to school and road the same bus our whole lives.

I always hoped to have the opportunity to travel and see some of the amazing places I see in the photographs on this site, but god has chosen a different road for me with my son being mentally ill and myself as well. So, I will just have to bring those places to me.

My goal is to start a photography company at some point. I give up on everything I do (a part of my illness I want to crush in the ground...I want this time to take it all the way. No more giving up on anything!
