INFORMATION
Artengraver is exactly what it means. I am a watercolorist and custom glass engraver. My talent was recoginzed and encouraged by my parents at a very young age. I attended Layton School of Art, Rochester Institute of Technology and owned my own studio for many years. Three years ago I attended Steyr Institute in Austria where I was invited to study metal engraving as their first American student. I studied under Master Metal Engraver Martin Strolz and taught his students my art of glass engraving and drawing. I was honored with the first forgien students Engravers Certificate. This wonderful story has been written up in the National Engravers Journal. Today I have a Kioske in a small mall where I am often called their artist in residence. My specialty is creating works of art from photographs, be it done in watercolor or crystal engravings. Most popular are animals, children and homes. I am often told how lucky I am to be so creative and my answer to that is, Yes I am, "art for sure is my life." I will continue to study for as long as I am able and will teach those who want to know what creativity can do for them. I am so greatful to have found this wonderful site FanArtReview.com. its just great.

artengraver: I spend most of my hours working on watercolor portraits including beautiful homes and estates , children, and pets of all kinds. Check my protfolio to see the many different portraits I have done. Art is my life and being able to share it with others brings me so much satisfaction. When I am not working on comissions, I teach adults and seniors to give pencil drawing and watercolor a try. Many enjoy the freedom and serenity they feel as they create all on their own, how much better can life be.
